Not much can be found inside aside from coal and a frozen corpse, but the cave may make a decent place to sleep if travelling to Mackenzie's Crashed Plane. As with most explorable caves, the interior is a constant temperature and is warm enough to keep the player character from freezing even when wearing poor clothing.
